What fun worldbuilding about all the Eeveelutions' jobs! And of course I love how affirming you are about your heroine taking her own path.
I like this!
It reminded me that there's an episode of the Pokémon Sun and Moon anime in which a very famous trainer has an unevolved Eevee and a number of other Normal Pokémon because of their flexibility.
