OH, I love this! This definitely feels like it could be a scene from the episode itself, like an insert in the end credits where they show the workings of the park. And I love that although the undertones are dark here, there's a little bit of resistance to the idea of the existence of the park itself? The portrayal of the audience in that episode was that they were generally very enthusiastic about the whole affair, but I like that there's some hesitancy here on the part of the grandma - considering that there should be an age limit, at least, to participating in the activities - and Pad who questions the lady who goes every day. It's disturbing to think that the idea of this mode of "doing justice" could be widely accepted, as demonstrated by Grace and Pad's nonchalant discussion of it, but at the same time they're showing discomfort about the more extreme supporters of it. And I think this is a great example of the ambivalence that most people would show if a concept like this ever came into reality.
Thank you so much for writing this for me, it was so thought-provoking in so few words! (And Pad's gender ambiguity was a nice touch, I appreciated that! :D)
