Ah! This is super fun! I love how the time machine casually plays with time, but uses it to deepen the friendship with Bess when it matters.

Dear mystery author, thank you so much for this cute fic! I really enjoyed reading the story from Ingritude‘s perspective, their line of thoughts, how they are bored because they are infinite possibilities... but then there is friendship! Oh indeed, how could the computers have forgotten about friendship?

I also very much like Ingritrude‘s considerations regarding friends and how they consider humans to be inappropriate because of their petty minds.
Yes, it has to be a dinosaur :DDD

And then the wonderful realisation of Ingritude what being friends truly means - spending time together with Bess, sharing the ups and downs of life, the joy and the misery, and even drinking cheap lattes together :DDD That was a very nice read :DDD

What an odd, delightful little jaunt that was! The breakdown of what friendship means in practice (doing inconvenient things for each other!!) was so refreshing. For a fandom that hinges on friendship is magic, pokemon is often really, really dark in that department, usually by accident. The general tongue-in-cheek tone and occasional fourth wall breaking worked well! No complaints from me.

You might be interested to know that this short story collection opens with a story about a sentient dirigible. Very different tone from what you have here, but might still be interesting!
