It's "Minister for Magic" in the UK version and "Minister of Magic" in the US version.
I have to say I didn't expect to be reading British political RPF today but this was delightful! I love the little reference to Fudge's bad habit of just popping up in the Floo, like, now that you point it out, who actually does that? So rude. Such a fun read.
